Basics:
It is a 20-inch, revolving, high-gauge steel accessory for a cable machine or a functional trainer. Its purpose is to help perform various workouts on selectorized equipment that targets the arm muscles.
Two convenient rubber grips are present at each end for comfort. The texture on the rubber grips prevents slipping & sliding. These also prevent any damage to the chrome finish on the handles in case of a fall.
There is a pivot point in the center where the bar connects to the cable machine. This revolving point decreases the pressure on the wrist joint & prevents the twisting of the straight bar itself during the workout routine.
